Beliefs
School beliefs about behaviour management
Remember YOYOB - You own your own behaviour.
Behaviour management within a supportive school environment should foster a positive attititude which encourages and allows all participants to benefit from effective teaching and learning.
The existence of a CALM room operationalises this belief and promotes mutual respect for the rights and responsibilities of self and others.
